Before getting started, we'll need to set up a Pre-Inspection Agreement. It's quick, safe, and online.

First, call me at 208-217-4950 between 8am and 9pm PST. We'll talk about the property and schedule the inspection. Then, I'll email you a link to the Pre-Inspection agreement with some info filled in.
