What I do for you

I perform a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas including: roof, exterior, basement, foundation, crawlspace, interior, heating, cooling, visible plumbing, visible electrical, doors, and windows to determine if any of the areas have a current observable defect which adversely affects the safety and value of the home.

One of my goals is to provide peace of mind for you by reporting on the general condition of the home, so that you can make an educated decision.

I am available for inspections 7 days a week.

Pricing

Square footage includes home, basement, and attached garage. All detached structures are an additional $100 per 1000 sq. ft. if inspected at the same time.
